So summer is over and autumn is definitely here! It’s windy and trees are dumping their leaves. Already the shops are festooned with Halloween and Christmas items – it wont be long until the Christmas season arrives complete with office parties, food and drink excesses and of course, our favourite, making New Year’s resolutions to “lose weight” or “get fit” or “just do something”.
Of course most if not all of those resolutions will fail. It’s actually still a long time until New Year and if we are concerned about our weight or fitness then deferring to the New Year is not the way. What is needed is ACTION – NOW!
