We’re just coming back from our fourth Lift Off Retreat – more on that later, as I’ll keep my tradition of doing the post-Lift Off wrap-up as a video post – and, for something special and different, we asked Tim Berry to join us and talk about the more personal side of business building.

Tim founded Palo Alto Software nearly two decades ago and has had a very good winning streak. His experience and demeanor brought a wonderful perspective to the work we had been doing the days prior.

While I appreciated his personal success, what I was most inspired by was what his kids are up to. Given who he his, he probably wouldn’t say that they’re doing it because of him, but you can’t deny the presence of a good role model and catalyst.... More...
