Friday I bussed North of the city to sunny green Santa Rosa to stay, learn and  get my yearly thorough check up with some of the top doctors in the country. True North Wellness Center is an absolute gem in a world of sterile drug pushing Western med treatment. I couldn’t help but stay the entire weekend to soak in the holisitic approach and cutting edge science.

Yesterday I had my doc visit, got poked and can’t wait to see my blood panel! I’ll be sure to post it for you all in a few weeks. I spent the rest of the afternoon roaming around Armstrong Forest, home to some of the oldest and tallest redwood tress in California. I love hugging giants!
