“Anastasiya, are you insane?” was the questions I heard last weekend. “Not yet, but I am getting there,” I replied.
Last week my husband and I started the Insanity workout (this is not a product review or advertising post of any type) and amazingly this workout started changing not only my body but also my mind. If you don’t know what I am talking about, the Insanity workout is a 60-day workout plan that gets you in the best shape of your life (at least that’s the promise.) This workout is strenuous, high-intensity and definitely hard-core. I believe that this program is an excellent preparation for the mud run that I am planning to participate in next fall.
