As I ran this morning, I could feel my muscles, my spirit, and my breath moving me strongly down the path. Trees were budding, ducks waded in swampy grass and the earth under my feet was scattered with seeds and pods. I surged across this backdrop of spring like one of those seeds – searching for a place to grow and emerge inside the context of this beautiful morning.
