One of the best things about holidays is all the great food! Easter is over…now what are we going to do with all the leftovers? If you are looking for some new recipes, last year I hosted a Ham Leftover Linky Party. Another great thing, is being to cook once, and eat several meals from just one day of cooking.

Ham and Broccoli Quiche Recipe: 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade) 1 1/2 cups ham, cubed 1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded 1 cup broccoli, chopped 4 eggs 1 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon dry ground mustard (or regular mustard)
