A month ago, I had a revelation.

I just finished reading Seth Godin’s Purple Cow for the 11th time (yesss, it’s THAT good) and it KICKED my ass, yet once again.

A short recap for the sleepy heady out there  that HAVEN’T read the book:

A purple cow is a term for a remarkable product, service or person. Something that’s worth talking about – people notice it and HAVE to spread the message. Its unique – and edgyness is geared towards a small, passionate fan base. If these people luv it, they will toot the horn and pave its success way to the masses, where it can spread like a wildfire. Apple’s early iPod was a purple cow.
